As a child, Shwetha seen her parents practise yoga. Drawing inspiration from them, she started practising yoga alongside them. She developed a strong connection with yoga and has been regular to the mat since then.
Being an architect by profession, Shwetha work hours were long and strenuous. This took a toll on her health. It reached a point where she realised she had to bring in balance to her life and started practising yoga religiously.
In just a few months, she was able to see the positive influence yoga had in her life. Yoga became a one-stop solution for Shwetha both physically and mentally. She wanted to spread that positive energy in the life of others and hence decided to take a formal certification. She believes yoga is for everyone and not so much about how well you bend, but more of how well you progress each day.
