In 2014, Yuqi realised the benefits of yoga while on a 2 weeks immersion in the US and thus started her yoga journey after returning to Singapore. In 2019, she completed her 200 Hour Hatha Vinyasa Movement Yoga Teacher Training Course with The Yoga Mandala. She believes that anyone can practice yoga and will be more than happy to help beginners kick-start their new yoga journey.
Understanding that every student is different, Yuqi aims to customise lessons according to her students’ needs and abilities so that they get the most out of every class. She also aims to provide students with clear alignment cues and comforting hands-on adjustment, so as to ensure that students feel comfortable and safe in their practice.
