To Smadar, yoga means harmony of body and mind, breathe and movement. Nourishing yoga practice recharges the body and the mind, and present in daily life. Yoga came into her life with a lumbar spine injury followed by surgery, it was recommended as part of her healing process.
Smadar’s work integrates traditional yoga and therapy approaches (Ashtanga, the yoga of Krishnamacharya & Ayurvedic principles) and recent scientific researches and methods (Biotensegrity& MBSR) with her spatial understanding and creative approach. She is an experienced yoga teacher with more than 2500 hours of teaching experience in studios, corporate classes and private groups.
